iVantage National User Conference Registration
Full Conference—$2,700
Registration Closes August 16, 2008
The Full Conference package includes three nights lodging at the Hyatt Regency, Lake Tahoe, Incline Village, Nevada, admission to three days of sessions, all session/conference materials, meals from Sunday dinner through Wednesday lunch, special events, and all taxes and gratuities.
Guest Registration—$550
The Guest Registration fee includes three nights lodging in a shared room and evening meals and events. Breakfast and lunch are not included.
Extra Night Stay—$215
Any extra night at the Hyatt Regency is $215. Meals, taxes, gratuities, and the Hyatt amenities program are not included in the extra night stay. Please indicate on the Registration Form which nights you would like to schedule. The reservation and rate is subject to availability.
Cancellations & Substitutions
Attendees can receive a full refund of the Sys–Ed fee, less an administration fee of $100, if they give written notice of cancellation is received on or before March 14, 2008. Written notice of cancellation received between March 15, 2008 and June 16, 2008 will receive a refund of 50% of the Sys–Ed fee. No refunds will be given after June 16, 2008. Cancellations may be faxed to the Sys–Ed Coordinator at 303.595.9970. If you would like to substitute attendees, please notify the Sys–Ed Coordinator prior to August 16, 2008.
I will be using a credit card and would like to register using a PDF form that I can print and fax to Spectrum.
I will be sending a check to Spectrum, but would like to register online to hold my spot until my check arrives.
