We’re planning some fantastic events for Sys–Ed 2008!

We’ll have speakers opening up each day’s sessions. Our Keynote Speaker will open up the Conference on Monday, and we’ll have a special guest speaker open up the sessions on Tuesday.

As well as the guest speakers, we’ll have special events each evening to give participants a chance to mingle and make connections while having a great time.

Get ready for some fun and relaxation in beautiful Lake Tahoe, Nevada. The area provides a perfect venue to relax, get reacquainted with one another and make new friends.

Ryan Johnson | Director, Public Affairs WorldatWork 7 Key Trends Impacting Compensation, Rewards and the Workplace

In this interactive and provocative session, Ryan Johnson, WorldatWork’s Director of Public Affairs and Research, will present seven major trends in compensation, employee rewards and the workplace. The trends will include the 2008 elections, the multigenerational workforce, a new total rewards model and the massive paradigm shift in working that looms on the horizon. The session will empower participants to think more strategically about their organization and its business and human capital strategy. Attendees will receive a complimentary Total Rewards Inventory that they can use to audit their own organization, as well as a real-world example of total rewards in action.
